This Privacy Policy explains how the BD Tax Calculator iOS app ("the app", "we") handles information. We designed the app to keep your tax data on your device. 1. Information you enter১. আপনার দেওয়া তথ্য

The salary, bonus, investment amounts, taxpayer category, and similar figures you enter to calculate tax are processed entirely on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store them on any server. 2. NBR TIN & audit lookups২. NBR TIN ও অডিট যাচাই

When you use the NBR TIN Check feature, the TIN you enter is sent to the National Board of Revenue's official service to retrieve the record you asked for. This is a request you initiate; the app does not store your lookups or the returned records after you leave the screen. The app displays ads through Google AdMob. To serve ads, AdMob may collect and process device and advertising identifiers, coarse location derived from your IP address, and ad-interaction data. This may be used for personalized advertising and is considered "tracking" under Apple's rules; where required, the app asks for your permission (App Tracking Transparency) before using your advertising identifier for personalized ads. 4. Push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging)৪. পুশ নোটিফিকেশন (Firebase Cloud Messaging)

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (a Google service) to send optional push notifications. For this, a device push token and a Firebase installation identifier are processed. You can turn off notifications at any time from your device's Settings. 5. Analytics (Firebase Analytics)৫. অ্যানালিটিক্স (Firebase Analytics)

The app uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand how its features are used — for example, which screens are opened, or when an NBR notice is tapped. For this, app-usage events, a Firebase app instance identifier, and general device and OS information are processed. This is used only to improve the app. The figures you type — salary, investments, TIN, and other tax inputs — are never sent to Analytics. 6. News & notices (Firebase Remote Config)৬. খবর ও নোটিশ (Firebase Remote Config)

The NBR news line on the home screen and the list of income-tax notices are fetched from Google Firebase Remote Config, so they can be kept current without an app update. This request processes a Firebase installation identifier and basic device information; nothing you type into the app is sent.
